Quorra Apothecary

Quorra Apothecary is an ecommerce site that sells cosmetics and beauty potions. Wizardworks (in conjunction with a partner) undertook the web site design. The technology we used in the development of the site was HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JScript and SQLServer. We implemented a custom CMS to manage their products, product categories, brands and associated content. Wizardworks also implemented a complete set of purchase flow management tools to assist order management.

We also created a secure environment for their online transactions including an SSL certificate that ensures encryption is safe and secure.

When designing their web site we focused on the key attributes of an effective ecommerce site. These include a primary call to action above the fold, ease of navigation, orienting the user (through use of breadcrumbs) and minimizing clicks. We used these techniques to serve the goal of helping the user find what they're looking for.
